The monthly online energy re-charge, is a monthly online session with either kap or breath work, that gives you the chance to connect with exactly what is going on within you, at that time.

it gives you a space where you can connect to, release and let go off all that no longer serves you

and in its place restore, energize and fill your inner space with love.

This is a place where hearts opens and you are reminded that you are never alone.

these are live zoom calls and It is easy to join From your own living room.

Every first Wednesday in the month from 19 - 20 pm.

you can join from time to time and register before hand or on the same day.
